What you'll do

• Lead the annual fundraising and development plan
• cultivate individual, major, corporate, foundation, and community donors
• manage major gifts, annual and planned giving, sponsorships, grants, and campaigns
• coordinate events and volunteers
• research and submit grants and manage reporting and compliance
• partner with the board and public-relations staff
• track budgets, revenue, expenses, donor records, and performance
• represent the organization in the community.
