What you'll do

• Answer customer questions and arrange service reservations
• identify customer service needs and promote appropriate services, parts, and accessories
• record customer and vehicle information and obtain approval before work begins
• identify vehicle damage at check-in
• coordinate with service managers, dispatchers, foremen, and technicians
• communicate completion timing and repair updates
• balance repair orders based on technician skills and efficiency
• maintain the customer follow-up system.
