What you'll do

• Manage new-home orders, used-home acquisitions, deliveries, and manufacturer-related changes and service
• maintain inventory systems and records
• coordinate with Sales, Operations, Construction, and Accounting
• manage home titles and title work
• monitor expenses and capital expenditures
• and produce timely inventory KPI reporting and analysis. The posting states that travel of less than 25% may be required, including overnight travel.

Why this role
