Senior Estimator

What you'll do

• Analyze construction documents and historical data to develop time, cost, and labor estimates
• lead conceptual and final bids
• prepare quantity takeoffs and pricing using HCSS HeavyBid
• evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes
• maintain estimate documentation
• support change-order pricing, procurement, project buyout, and budgets
• attend pre-bid meetings and site visits
• mentor junior estimators.
