What you'll do

• Maintain community grounds and work areas
• care for grounds, amenities, building exteriors, dumpster areas, parking lots, and other community buildings
• remove trash from exterior areas, containers, and vacant apartments
• complete opening and closing duties, property walks, and landscaping assessments
• clean pools, tot lots, light fixtures, breezeways, amenity areas, and BBQ grills
• and perform janitorial tasks such as power washing and light exterior painting.
