Residential Support Specialist, Grave Shift (Part-Time)

What you'll do

• Provide confidential direct services and supportive interactions
• complete client intake, orientation, documentation, and file maintenance
• respond to hotline calls with crisis intervention and safety planning
• conduct crisis assessments and connect people to resources
• coordinate with case management and internal departments
• support safe-house activities, room preparation, cleaning, events, donations, and meal preparation
• monitor cameras and access gates
• conduct facility rounds and report repair needs
• manage supplies and client clothing inventory
• follow security procedures, de-escalate conflicts, and complete incident reports
• maintain confidential records and program data.
