The engineer designs, operates, and improves infrastructure and cloud services to support reliable, secure technology across the organization. The role also handles escalations, supports staff and volunteers, and collaborates with internal teams and vendors on infrastructure and software initiatives.

What you'll do

• Architect, deploy, and manage infrastructure solutions
• maintain infrastructure management software, accounts, servers, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and enterprise storage
• configure backup and disaster recovery
• monitor performance and capacity
• implement security and data privacy controls
• participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
• resolve escalated tickets
• collaborate with teams and vendors
• maintain documentation
• research technology trends and improve infrastructure.
