What you'll do

• Assess communication, speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities
• provide related interventions
• educate patients and caregivers on communication strategies and swallowing safety
• monitor progress and modify treatment plans
• collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other care-team members
• complete timely electronic documentation.
