What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating
• provide supervision, companionship, and emotional support
• help with daily routines
• follow care plans and delegated instructions
• provide medication assistance when delegated and permitted
• assist with mobility and light housekeeping
• maintain a safe and clean environment
• escort or transport clients to appointments or errands when required
• report changes or concerns to the care team.
