Production Worker – Glue Line

What you'll do

• Operate assigned tasks on the mattress Glue Line
• apply adhesive in the specified amount and location
• assemble, position, align, and bond mattress components
• inspect coverage, adhesion, alignment, and workmanship
• identify and correct glue-related defects
• maintain production pace
• follow adhesive handling, PPE, SDS, OSHA, and company safety procedures
• report equipment, quality, material, or safety issues
• clean and maintain equipment, tools, and work areas
• communicate task completion and production concerns.
