What you'll do

• Conduct nursing assessments and collaborate on plans of care
• establish and evaluate resident goals
• administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• delegate and supervise care tasks
• communicate resident information between shifts
• support nursing programs and procedures
• assist with resident evacuation during emergencies
• evaluate staff performance and complete performance evaluations.
