What you'll do

• Manage complex personal injury matters from intake through resolution. Lead depositions, expert examinations, mediations, and motion practice
• serve as first chair in smaller trials or second chair in complex jury trials
• collaborate on trial themes and litigation strategy
• mentor associates and litigation support staff
• prepare pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery
• represent clients in court.
