Tower Painter / Rope Access Technician — Nationwide Travel

Job overview

The Tower Painter / Rope Access Technician role is an onsite position based out of Nebraska, with work at tower sites nationwide and travel of at least five weeks at a time. Pay is $25–$36 per hour. Skyline Tower Painting paints communication towers across the United States and uses rope-access techniques to apply coatings.

What you'll do

• Paint communication towers, including guyed towers, self-supporting towers, monopoles, and meteorological towers. Work at heights up to 1,500 feet
• develop proficiency in rigging and painting techniques
• follow OSHA and company safety requirements
• maintain orderly living and work areas
• attend training and certification programs
• and work overtime when needed.
