What you'll do

• Send welcome information to patients and families
• coordinate referrals and patient transitions with treatment teams and providers
• assist with admissions and medical-records entry
• greet visitors, answer and direct calls, and issue vendor badges as needed
• maintain patient and family materials
• schedule meeting spaces
• coordinate transportation and outside medical appointments
• submit daily attendance.
