Resident Aide

The Resident Aide role is onsite in Denton, TX, with compensation of $15.00–$17.00 per hour. The role is in a post-acute care setting and supports the nursing team in delivering resident care. What you'll do

• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, mobility, and feeding
• observe and report changes in physical or mental health
• provide medication reminders or administer medications as directed by medical staff and facility policy
• help maintain a clean and safe environment
• support social and recreational activities
• document care and report incidents
• follow infection-control and safety protocols
• collaborate with healthcare professionals.
