What you'll do

• Provide clinical accountability for trauma surgical patients throughout the perioperative phase
• coordinate intraoperative nursing care
• maintain aseptic technique and sterile-field integrity
• collaborate with trauma surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technologists, and critical care teams
• monitor vital signs, fluid status, and patient responses
• document assessments, surgical counts, medications, and specimens.
