The B2B Senior Care Solutions Sales Manager role is onsite in Flower Mound, TX, with business development across the Dallas–Fort Worth market and travel throughout the assigned Texas territory as necessary. Compensation is $25–$40 per hour. The role is designed to expand the company’s presence in senior care, healthcare, rehabilitation, and post-acute care markets. This player-coach role develops new business while building repeatable sales processes for future growth. It manages consultative sales opportunities, develops customer and clinical relationships, and helps shape scalable sales practices and the company’s go-to-market strategy.

What you'll do

• Develop B2B opportunities
• prospect and build relationships with decision-makers
• lead discovery meetings, presentations, demonstrations, trials, and follow-up
• manage opportunities through proposals, negotiation, and closing
• maintain sales pipeline and CRM records
• monitor performance against KPIs
• share market intelligence and customer feedback
• support onboarding and coaching as the organization expands.
