What you'll do

• Serve as primary client liaison
• lead project budgets, scheduling, take-offs, and resource forecasting
• oversee submittals, change orders, technical reviews, and construction documentation
• forecast labor, materials, and equipment for sewer, storm drain, and fire line systems
• coordinate job-site requirements
• interpret civil plans, soils reports, and specifications
• build partner relationships
• mentor project management team members.
