Foster Care Case Manager

What you'll do

• Manage assigned foster care cases
• advocate for children and families toward permanency
• complete required reports, logs, notes, service contracts, and treatment plans
• coordinate services for consumers, families, and foster families
• coordinate treatment services with agencies and community resources
• attend or participate in case conferences, hearings, assessments, and home visits
• provide initial-placement case management
• provide rotating 24-hour crisis on-call availability.

Why this role

A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available to eligible candidates with a current, valid, non-expired CWTI (PSI) certification at hire. A bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field meeting state licensing guidelines is required; reliable transportation is also required.
