What you'll do

• Administer and document medications according to physician orders, facility policy, and licensed-nurse delegation
• maintain medication supplies and carts
• monitor and report medication side effects and changes in resident condition
• follow care plans
• document resident status
• assist with appointments and provider communication
• perform delegated nursing services.
