Leasing Consultant

Job overview

The Leasing Consultant works onsite in LaGrange, GA, at Woodland Trail. Pay is $18–$20 per hour, with bonuses under the property’s commission structure. RAM Partners manages multifamily communities for third-party owners. The consultant connects with prospective residents, helps them understand the community and leasing process, and supports resident retention through service, relationship-building, and administrative coordination. The role also coordinates resident activities.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.
