What you'll do

• Manage project accounting and financial reporting
• set up jobs, budgets, cost codes, and contract values
• maintain schedules of values
• prepare monthly client billings
• monitor costs, commitments, payments, and project performance
• post subcontractor billings and obtain supporting documents
• review Procore entries
• resolve financial discrepancies
• support accounts receivable
• track prevailing-wage compliance and preliminary notices
• review project financials and complete closeout
• assist with reporting, process improvement, and internal controls.
