What you'll do

• Lead technical solution selling and remove security, architecture, and legal blockers using repeatable processes
• join team calls and provide actionable coaching
• conduct weekly one-on-ones and development planning
• own hiring from screening through close
• track team opportunities, forecasts, and pipeline hygiene
• build visible SE-AE partnerships in Salesforce
• teach value engineering conversations
• use AI to automate customer-facing content and share effective workflows.
