Power Distribution Line Lead, Third Shift

• Oversee daily assembly operations

• coordinate unit testing and resolve issues
• operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely
• coordinate shipping and packaging
• track production timelines and adjust workflows
• communicate with engineering and implement engineering changes
• monitor materials and replenishment
• conduct or delegate quality checks
• maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work area
• update leadership on staffing, scheduling, and production status.
