What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives
• apply Lean and Operational Excellence methods
• identify and execute projects to increase capacity and reduce waste and lead time
• facilitate Kaizen events and root-cause investigations
• standardize work and documentation
• analyze operational data
• improve workflow and material flow
• train and coach employees
• measure and report results.
