What you'll do

• Respond to and open tickets for calls, emails, and monitoring alerts
• monitor queues and follow up on open tickets
• troubleshoot Level 1 incidents, including reboots and hardware swaps
• set up new customers
• coordinate outage schedules and change documentation
• install customer orders, cabinets, cages, and cross-connects
• test and certify circuits
• manage supplies and cabling
• communicate with clients and escalate issues through established processes.
