The technician repairs refrigeration units and auxiliary power units, performs preventive maintenance, diagnoses malfunctions, documents warranty work, and completes work-order records. The role supports customer equipment reliability and the branch’s refrigeration service operations.

What you'll do

• Repair refrigeration units and APUs in the shop and at customer locations
• perform preventive maintenance inspections and repairs
• diagnose malfunctions and update customers on needed repairs
• identify and document warranty repairs
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• complete work-order documentation for customer billing.
