This position supports the Finance team in driving disciplined execution of strategic initiatives. This role exists to serve as the operating backbone for Finance, ensuring seamless M&A integration, new product readiness, and effective governance. The manager will drive cross-functional execution and build scalable operating models.

What you'll do

• Act as the central Finance lead for new product initiatives and strategic programs.
• Support end-to-end Finance integration across global acquisitions.
• Drive execution across multiple complex, cross-functional programs.
• Define criteria for prioritization and provide visibility into the pipeline.
• Help evolve the Finance BizOps function and define best practices.
