What you'll do

• Inspect and maintain facility systems, equipment, and structures
• respond to work orders and emergency repairs
• maintain maintenance records
• coordinate contractors
• repair plumbing and support water systems
• perform basic to intermediate electrical work
• maintain interior and exterior structures
• perform basic HVAC maintenance
• monitor temperature and humidity controls
• follow cGMP and safety requirements
• inspect fire suppression, eyewash, and safety equipment
• report hazards.
