What you'll do

• Review reports and order materials for just-in-time purchasing
• place purchase orders based on vendor lead times and customer delivery dates
• communicate with vendors and maintain purchase records
• monitor open orders and delivery dates
• coordinate with scheduling, logistics, plant receiving, and accounts payable
• communicate supply chain issues and support solutions
• provide team coverage as needed.
