What you'll do

• Prepare and teach developmentally appropriate lessons
• manage the classroom environment
• support children’s educational goals and developmental milestones
• collaborate with the Center Director and staff
• address behavioral or learning challenges, including Extra Need plans
• share daily activity information and communicate with parents and guardians
• maintain classroom and staff communications
• follow DCF regulations and company policies
• participate in professional development, staff meetings, center events, and parent-teacher meetings.
