What you'll do

• Maintain the Guest Rooms Preventive Maintenance Program and its records
• respond to guest requests in a courteous, efficient, and safe manner
• perform groundskeeper duties as needed
• complete work order forms daily
• keep mechanical areas orderly and clean
• inspect public areas for burnt-out light bulbs
• participate in the hotel fire brigade
• maintain the department pass-on log book as required.
