The Senior Product Manager, Operations Technology role is onsite in Seattle, WA. Compensation is $155,520–$194,400 per year. The role owns product strategy and delivery for Ops Tech, building tools and features that help internal operators execute global logistics more efficiently. It translates complex freight workflows into software, measures operational performance, and works across engineering, design, data science, and global operations to improve execution and reduce costs.

What you'll do

• Own the Ops Tech product strategy and roadmap from discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration
• deliver features for destination dwell management, demurrage control, and on-time delivery
• build internal operator tools and AI-driven workflow automation
• establish quantitative frameworks for operational metrics, platform health, productivity, and cost-to-serve
• partner with engineering, design, global operations, and commercial leadership
• communicate strategy, trade-offs, and outcomes to executives.
