What you'll do

• Inspect exhaust systems and diagnose leaks, corrosion, damage, and emissions issues
• use diagnostic tools
• repair, weld, patch, or replace exhaust components
• perform requested modifications and routine maintenance
• conduct emissions testing and make adjustments or repairs
• explain findings and estimates to customers
• document work, parts, labor, and service reports
• follow safety and environmental requirements
• maintain and calibrate tools and equipment.
