The Security Guard, Patrol and Access Control role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN, at an educational location. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. Pay is $25 per hour. Allied Universal provides security and facility services and describes its work as safeguarding clients and serving communities. The unarmed officer maintains a visible presence, patrols assigned campus areas, supports access control, and responds to incidents and requests for assistance. What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• report unusual conditions and hazards
• respond to incidents, alarms, and requests for assistance
• monitor access points and activity
• prepare accurate reports and communicate observations.

Why this role

At least one year of security-related experience is required. Access control, badge, and customer service experience are preferred. The role is unarmed and requires a high school diploma or equivalent and minimum age of 18.
