• Diagnose, service, and repair commercial doors, high-speed and sectional doors, operators, dock levelers, and gate systems
• install equipment and components
• maintain digital work orders and communicate job status
• follow job-site safety standards
• represent the company professionally
• participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
