What you'll do
- Operate CNC mills or turning centers
- read and interpret blueprints
- download machine programs
- use gauges and handheld tools to verify parts meet specifications
- operate a hoist to move heavy cast-iron components
- perform basic math and measurement conversions
- cross-train in machining cells and contribute to a team environment.
