What you'll do

• Assess patient nutritional needs, develop and implement dietary plans, provide education on healthy eating, instruct patients on post-discharge diets, monitor nutritional status, communicate with physicians and care disciplines, evaluate referral orders, document in medical records, implement care plans, adapt menus, conduct calorie counts, and review/sign off on menus.
