• build and maintain talent pipelines
• engage passive candidates through personalized outreach
• promote the employer brand. Requires a bachelor’s degree and three or more years of sourcing experience, or five or more years without a degree
• candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and have experience sourcing technical engineering and niche roles.
