The Operations Supervisor — Warehouse & Materials, 2nd Shift role is onsite in Vandalia, OH. The salary range is $63,030–$78,786 per year, with shift differential pay and annual bonus eligibility. Axogen’s mission is to restore health and improve quality of life by advancing peripheral nerve function restoration. The supervisor leads shop-floor personnel at the Axogen Processing Center, coordinating daily operations and production schedules while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The role supports production of tissue biologic products and helps maintain a trained, engaged workforce and reliable operations.

What you'll do

• Supervise employees and contractors in production and support functions
• manage daily operations and production schedules
• ensure safety guidelines, production SOPs, and cGMP requirements are followed
• communicate policy and process updates
• resolve issues through timely communication
• assess and record training
• support staffing and employee development with senior leadership and Human Resources
• conduct one-on-one meetings
• cover the assigned call schedule, including holidays.
