Its work spans entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, contracts, employment matters, and homeowners association matters, contributing to client representation and the department’s work.

What you'll do

• Conduct legal research using Westlaw and firm resources and summarize findings for clients when appropriate
• prepare and review entity formation documents and explain entity structures
• support complex mergers and acquisitions and manage smaller transactions
• draft and manage due diligence and transaction documents
• draft and review real estate documents, contracts, employment documents, and HOA materials
• advise clients on employment practices and HOA legal questions
• attend weekly transactional meetings, maintain task lists, record time, and respond to communications within four hours.
