What you'll do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, checks, money orders, loan payments, and safe-deposit-box rentals
• open and maintain deposit and checking accounts
• explain products and services
• respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
• make product referrals
• prepare daily proof sheets and closing documents
• maintain customer, account, and safe-deposit records.
