Community Association Manager — Pensacola Area

Job overview

The Community Association Manager works remotely between community visits and meetings, serving the Pensacola area and nearby Alabama markets. Compensation is $47,000–$50,000 annually. CMGT manages homeowner associations and rental communities throughout the Gulf South. The manager serves as the primary advisor to assigned boards, coordinating community operations, finances, vendors, property matters, and homeowner communication. The role helps boards make informed decisions and supports well-managed communities through accurate records, follow-through, and regional site visits.

What you'll do

• Advise assigned boards and provide updates on property, compliance, finances, governance, and action items
• guide vendor selection, projects, budgets, and operational decisions
• prepare and facilitate board meetings
• respond to homeowner concerns
• coordinate inspections, site visits, vendors, and work orders
• review financial reports and prepare budgets and forecasts
• monitor invoices, insurance, delinquencies, and reserves
• maintain records and activity notes in company systems.
