Swim School Lifeguard

The Swim School Lifeguard role is part-time and onsite in Jessup, MD, with a schedule of 10 or more hours per week; seasonality may affect hours. Pay is $16–$18 per hour. What you'll do

• Maintain constant surveillance of customers
• report unsafe activities, equipment, or instruction to management
• provide immediate feedback to instructors about curriculum safety requirements
• respond appropriately to emergencies
• provide emergency care and treatment until emergency medical services arrive
• prepare incident reports
• attend monthly in-services
• deliver a safe customer experience.

Why this role
