Compensation is $24 per hour. The Yard Loader Operator role is an onsite position based in Garwood, TX. 50 per hour, and this role supports the aggregates department at Heidelberg Materials. This role exists to ensure the safe and efficient operation of terminal yard loader equipment. The operator contributes to daily yard and terminal operations by loading and moving materials, performing routine equipment inspections, and maintaining inventory accuracy to support overall site productivity.

• Load and move materials to support daily yard and terminal operations.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance tasks.
• Monitor material inventory and communicate operational needs promptly.
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment.
