The Chief Impact Officer role is onsite in Maywood, IL. Pay is $145,000–$165,000 per year. The position supports Housing Forward’s work to end homelessness through housing solutions. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the CIO aligns strategy, partnerships, operations, data, compliance, and performance management to improve outcomes for individuals and families served. The role leads organizational performance systems and cross-system integration, including housing, healthcare, behavioral health, and public services.

What you'll do

• Advise the CEO and lead strategic initiatives
• oversee data strategy, analytics, KPIs, HMIS, Salesforce data quality, and reporting
• develop dashboards and performance reports
• lead partnerships and systems integration
• oversee government reporting, compliance, contracts, and subcontractor performance
• direct continuous quality improvement and program evaluation
• lead the System Performance Team and program leadership.
