The Psychiatric Counselor, Diversion & Acute Stabilization role is onsite in Homestead, PA, with a Saturday and Sunday schedule from 4 p.m. to midnight. Pay is up to $25 per hour, based on education and related experience. The role supports TCV Community Services’ treatment team serving adults with behavioral health challenges.

What you'll do

• Encourage individuals to participate in treatment and therapeutic activities toward recovery goals
• monitor physical and emotional well-being and use de-escalation and emergency techniques when necessary
• develop and teach wellness and independence strategies
• collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, and service coordinators.
