Dispute Analyst

What you'll do

• Run dispute reports and distribute them to branch locations
• track outstanding disputes and follow up on progress
• maintain accurate dispute records
• forward resolved disputes to Credit Analysts
• assist with tracking balances and payment statuses
• support collection follow-up and administrative tasks
• update internal systems and tracking spreadsheets
• communicate outstanding items to relevant teams.
