What you'll do

• Administer prescribed medications according to facility protocols and physician orders
• document administration and report discrepancies. Observe and document resident condition changes, vital signs, and medication reactions
• communicate concerns to nursing staff. Maintain medication storage areas, follow infection-control and safety procedures, support residents, coordinate with healthcare professionals and families, and complete required records.
