What you'll do

• Handle high-volume calls and triage patients
• document concerns and communicate issues to physicians and providers
• maintain medication lists, allergies, and chart notes in the EMR
• respond to pharmacy and home health calls
• provide patient and family education as needed
• schedule appointments and eRefills
• manage office support tasks.

Why this role

Requires an Illinois RN license and BLS and ACLS certifications. Requires at least two years of RN experience or one year as a cardiology RN; general daytime hours with occasional evenings.
